Please Note: Airport shuttles are not included in your package. The roundtrip Cabo airport/hotel Shuttle transportation provider of choice for Big Cabo Fest is EPIC Shuttle. Click link to purchase/secure your shuttle reservations. Link will not be active until after mid-January 2025. Standard shuttle transfer procedures upon arrival to Cabo Airport are to claim your luggage and proceed to clear immigration and customs then head directly outside the terminal building through the “Grupos” exit at your right-hand side to meet your EPIC representative. To ensure timely departure to your resort there is no need to stop for timeshare or other product sales representatives in the arrival hall. See FAQ’s for further details. EPIC reserves the right to change any protocol /procedures.

An EPIC representative will greet you outside the terminal building under Umbrella No. 10 and escort you to your transfer vehicle. To confirm your return transfer and for any other assistance, look for your shuttle representative in your hotel during the day. You can also confirm your return transfer by calling the Shuttle office at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled departure. Noted protocol may change, check with EPIC or your shuttle provider prior to travel.
